ContrackFM is an accredited ISO 9002:2008 and ISO 18001 company, but also subscribing to best practice in Facilities Management service delivery.

We pride ourselves on our well developed Total infrastructure information system, incorporating a computerised maintenance management module, and the work we do within the Reliability Centred maintenance (RCM) philosophy, to develop the best preventative maintenance planning for expensive equipment with high consequences of failure attributes, and to develop, and continuously improve our service level agreements (SLA) to match as close as possible the real expressed needs of our customers.

ContrackFM SAE has also recently adopted the definitions for physical asset management as contained in the newly issued British standard BSI:PAS 55:2008 for managing physical assets. ContrackFM SAE support and identify with the International Asset Management Institute in this regard, and support the work currently being done, as this last frontier of utilising physical asset at maximum efficiency and in the most effective way for the full duration of their life cycles.

Service Desk

ContrackFM has developed and put in place a centralised SERVICE DESK that utilises ARCHIBUS® software within a web enabled enterprise platform environment, and designed to manage all our clients' requests through voice (hotline number), e-mail and fax communication ports, as preferred by the client. The system enables the services agent to access the client's salient contract details, scope of services (SOS) and service level agreement (SLA) and allows the service desk agent to coordinate and deliver all required services within agreed priorities.

The SERVICE DESK is an integral quality assurance system within the ContrackFM SAE service delivery model, and allows us to monitor and control the service delivery to our clients and allows us not just to be compliant to our contractual obligations, but to also to monitor any stresses that may occur due to changed requirements within the client organisation, so that we can assess the situation, and advise our client on changes needed to the scope of services, or the service level agreement.

Growth versus Green
